** No Spoilers **
At some point we get to a clock puzzle. The answer to it is obvious. The answer is located on a clipboard in the same room. But, when you set the time on the clock, nothing happens. I saw a few forum posts out there, and others are complaining about this issue too. I thought to myself, "Maybe we're all wrong and that's not the correct answer." However, I saw another forum after thinking that, where a few people had the patience to go through the entire clock and got random answers. So I contacted Konami. It doesn't seem they're aware of the issue cause they (eventually) gave me the same answer that I've previously determinned DOES NOT WORK!!!
I eventually gave in and went through the whole clock randomly. Of course, I don't want them to know that, cause I think they should fix it, and not just promptly close my case. Especially since I would like to play through it again later, and don't want to deal with that again. So please guys, let Konami know about this. Its ashame for a great game to have such an aggravating glitch.
Below is my conversation with Konami. The messages are read from the bottom up (if you care to read it).

Two people reported different results. of 9:02 and 8:17. One of them explained that the clock has to be the first puzzle done in the house, if not, you must begin the game from the beginning. If you wish to have proof of this glitch in the software, I can post this conversation in the forum and have everyone send you emails. Though, I don't understand why I have to work this hard for you guys to tell me you will investigate the matter and attempt to resolve it. I'm sorry, but I am not about to try every time possible on that clock. I feel a game is supposed to be enjoyable and not a chore.

Dear Amir,
Thank you for contacting Konami Support.
Set the time to 2:06, please make sure this is done correctly (this clue is deciphered from the note on the nearby table, mentioning room 206), so that the window shades open in the room. Place the stuffed bunny in the brightest window, to complete this puzzle.

The walkthrough says the same thing. It says the answer to the puzzle is 2:06. However, IT IS NOT! Many people who own this game (myself included) are hoping to see an update to fix the issue. Please read my email in it's entirety. Amir

There is a clock puzzle in the game. The answer was obvious "2:06". I've entered the answer and it did not work. I searched online forums to see if I was mistaken and all agree that the answer is correct. However, many others are experiencing the same issue. This is an obvious glitch. Can we expect an update to rectify the situation?
