Sim City controls?

Anyone understand the controls for Sim City? I just want to be able to zoom in/out...without rotating my map constantly.

I tried the Help, but it's telling me to hold shift and do mouse clicks so obviously that's for PC...

What are you talking about? Sim City isn't on PSP.

what are you talking about? It most certainly is, available as a PS1 classic from the PSN. I really want to buy it, but I'm afraid the controls will be terrible... how are they?
