Siren: Blood Curse on blu-ray or download what do you prefer?

Personally I like to buy my games on disc. I like box art and having a physical copy is a must for me. Especially since at times I like to bring games over to other friends places. If Warhawk or GT Prologue were released as download only I would not have bought either game.

Some people talk about downloading games as the future and with the release of Siren: Blood Curse available only as a download and no blu-ray copy released at this time in NA and other areas what do you prefer and why?

Ok heres the simple reason im ok with this game being for download only. I can actually play it. Im dam sure if we didint have the ability to download on the PS3 this game would have never seen state release. Mainly cause the first one bombed hard and I doubt they would take another risk here. So this way they could release it here and take less risk.finalfantasy94

The Forbidden Siren games have sold reasonably well here (well enough for us to get Forbidden Siren 2 at least).

I have the U.S. downloaded version of Siren: Blood Curse. Since I live in the United States, I didn't want the imported Bluray version because I figured is there is any future patches or added content, they will be easier for me to get with the U.S. version.

That being said, I would have preferred a U.S. Bluray version, but I didn't feel like waiting for that to come out (if that ever comes out).

And BTW, Siren Blood Curse is an awesome game!!

I purchased an import copy on Monday off of Ebay, the Asian version with English language and menus.

What newown said, also I just tend to like having hardcopies of my games.

I prefer no siren blood curse. I hated the demo and all the other siren games sucked. silent hill and RE have commanded the horror genreAndrovinus

The poll is actually more about what think of download only games than whether or not you like the game. Would you buy games if they were download only?

I gotta have a hard copy of a video game. I dont like digital downloads for that reason. Another reason is, if I decide to want to sell it, I cant... on eBay.. up for auction is a digital download of Siren... kinda lame dont you think? Anyways.. Some people would like the option to be able to sell their used games. Not all of us are collectors.Elann2008

Thats the only thing i worried about after the purchased from play-asia, i might like it but im kind of worried on how the lasting value might be. hopefully Ill enjoy it regardless ;)
