Are there headshots in Skyrim?

If you shoot an arrow to the head of an opponent, will he take more damage than say a shot to the knee?
Just curious if it matters where you aim...

head shots don't count on skyrim and its really stupid watching a guy run around not even missin a step with a fvckin arrow hangin out his head.. i can't imagine why bethesda thought this was a good idea cause its fvckin retarded and pisses me off.. talk about lack of realism. :evil:
