Sleeping Dogs worth getting for $30?

Found it pretty cheap on amazon and wondering if I should get this. I know that they are planning to support the game with DLC till February-March, so I was wondering if I'd rather wait for a complete edition to come out... Also the price drop happened pretty fast, maybe it will cost $20 by summer like Deus Ex....What do you think I should do?

I paid $50 for a new copy and don't regret it at all. $30 would be a steal, buy it.
