Slow download speeds?

Right now I am downloading Burn Zombie Burn. It is going the slowest I have ever seen in the PSN store. It is only like 170 MBs. I don't have a fast connection but normally a download that size is done in 8 minutes or so. Right now it is 2860KB and its been going for about 10 minutes. Why is it like this?

Probably your connection is slow at the moment. Idk. Ive noticed it with me as well. But it doesnt mean everyone does.
