So are the psp's buttons really... durable?

I'm just wondering if the psp's X, square, circle, triangle button is durable...

i mean is your psp's buttons stuck? like you can't push it anymore? i'm worried about this because some of the games are button smashing and the harder you push on the button, the more it gets.. "broken" or "stuck/numb"

just wondering...

Ive played Hundreds of Hours on my slim psp and ive noticed teh buttoms still work but my "X" button which i use 80% of the time makes a much louder "click" noise when i press and release it.... it is kind of annoying if i pay attention to it but im not sure if there is any way to really replace buttons and if i would even want to try

my only real complaint about the psp's buttons is the O is so close to the edge its sometimes hard to hit repeatedly. other than that they all work fine.
