read the news buddy, sony and nintendo dont allow AO games on their systems so no you wont be getting it even if you are 21

its band in ireland and england(the first game to be ever band in ireland) and its said most of europe will follow. im guessing ur all form the us tho so u will have to wait and see im sure it will be banned in some stateschillin_penguin

It won't be banned in any states in the US. There will be an age restriction but anyone old enough, in any of the 50 states, will be able to buy it without any problem at all.

It sucks a$$ that Europe can take away peoples rights like they do.

Actually it is only the UK, and not the entire Europe continent. Since it is up to the respective country's governemt to decide what rights they can take away from their people. I am sure that I can get a Polish version of the game with all of the original AO content. Lets just hope my polak brothers can get a hold of the original source code and release it for the PC.

As far as the AO rating goes, you need to realize that all major retailers such as Target, WallMart, ToysRUs, etc. do not allow for AO rated games to be sold at their stores. There fore the companies do not see it as profitable to release it with that rating.

Microsoft doesn't care, but it was never scheduled to be released on their consolii.

Im sure people in Holland say the same thing about people who live in the US.

The only way you will be playing this is game is:

A) If they get the rating dropped to M or

B) They release as AO for PC only. In which case you would still only be able to buy it over the internet or in some sort of "adult store".

Seriously though, the original Manhunt was OK at best. All this is just making meREALLY want to play this game in its current form. Anybody else think the same?vegetattack15

I was thinking that too. I never even played the original Manhunt, but all this hubbub about the nature of this game makes me want to see what makes it so gruesome.

No. Sony, Nintendo, and Microsoft do not allow AO rated games to be released on their systems. So no one, anywhere, will be playing it until Rockstar edit the game so it is no longer an AO.
