I was just wandering if anyone has or had Skype on their PSP. If so how was your experience?

I never had skype before I got my psp but I used it for the 1st time a couple nights ago for a few minutes w/one of my friends. It worked good, I heard him clearly and he heard me clearly. Wish there was text chat on it.

ive downloaded skype and im not quite sure what it does . my firends tell u can use to call ppl cell phones etc beats me its pretty useless

I did used it once, it's quite nice for a PSP to call via VOIP. But i don't think it should be on the PSP ..

Yes, I use my PSP as a Skype phone when I travel. Saves on long distance charges.

I use it frequently, since I already had a Skype account. About $35/year for unlimited North American phone calls + voicemail is a tough deal to beat, IMO.
