[QUOTE="JetMoto6"][QUOTE="jt4mtb"] From the mouth of Jack Trenton:
" "But we're selling PS2 software to PS2 customers, and selling PS3 software to PS3 consumers," he added.
"I would like to have had it in there, but Sony's collective strategy determined we could afford to lose it. We've now gone down that road: we're not going back." "

So yes, it's your last chance.

Yea yea Jack Trenton says a lot of ****...
Just buy a $80 PlayStation 2. End of thread.
How about you dont end my thread prematurely mk? Obviously i dont want an extra system taking up space, for one. Secondly, I already own a PS2, it just happens to be old and not destined to last alot longer, so the last thing i'm going to do is endeavor to buy another PS2 to replace it.
Anyway, the link and quote doesnt necesarily totally answer the question, it just confirms what will happen evnetually.
I'm still not sure if they plan to revert back to the plain 80GB W/ BC package first, or if the MGS4 bundle is the last of the 80GB PS3's (although if one was to buy one, the MGS4 bundle would of course be the better deal, but it's pertinent to know if they plan on shipping any more non-bundled BC 80GB units as well afterward).
