Actually I should be getting it this afternoon. I got the call from EB Games around 6pm Pacific last night telling me to pick it up this afternoon. I will let you know what I think after I play it for a bit.

Actually the game shipped a day early for the Gamestop and EB Game companies. It shipped yesterday so all their stores are getting it today. They called everyone yesterday.

From what I heard Software ETC, EB Games and Gamestop have sold out with all the preorders they took. But you may be able to get it at Best Buy or some other retail store like that.

You have to remember Bathesda is an American company that mainly made games for PC and Xbox I am sure they are still learning to code for PAL. Besides don't you want the game to be perfect?

I called several stores and they said no shipments will come until 12:00-2:00 pm. So I'm going to have to wait. Some other idiot told me they will have them in today but can't sell until tomorrow when another sales associate told me otherwise.

Hmm, it is in stock here and I am very tempted to go an pick it up. I wasn't happy with the performance I was getting from it on my PC despite having access to all the glorious mods.

Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Little B@$t@rd$ cant encode a bl00dy game. How hard can it be when it needs to be shifted up a month. I was so looking forward to picking this up on launch day as well and now that's just gone down the cr@pp3r. Man, im so down now...

yeah im pretty sure Oblivion came out today cause our Walmart had about 15 copies when i went in and about 30 God of War 2's lol and BTW its pretty sweet. I like it better than X360 cause im used to the controlelr more i think and the graphics are a little better. Also the load times seem to be faster too so I give it a big plus over X360 version and its a must buy if you have never played it and even if you have you can go out and buy it for the betterness :)

I was just reading some flyers this morning, BestBuy (West Coast) has it in stock on Mar 22nd. Futureshop should be the same. (However, it seems their online stores won't have it available until the 25th.) I don't know about other retailers.

no other way around PS3 games "Are" region free PS2 games are not! so yes if you really want to you can import it and you should have no problems!

I live in New Hampshire, and I went to Target today, and they didn't have any copies out on the floor, but I asked a guy and he went to the back and got me one.  Also, Gamestop had them, but only if you had pre-ordered it.  Everywhere else was putting it out tomorrow.

It's really fun though, I have the PC version as well and it plays the same.  A great game for anyone looking for an adventure.

I got it today, my gamespot had tons of copys maybe 20+. Well its pretty awsome, i am a begginer and it was tricky to get ahang of at first but the instruction booklet helps and it just gets easier. Loading is nothign like people say it is on 360, when you get a loading area message your character doesnt even stop and the bar is there for 2 secs and is gone. Its great.

Picked my copy up today at Target, they had plenty in stock. Gotta say I'm loving it. The beginning is very slow though, its like "am I EVER gonna get out of the sewers?!" but once you do, and get into the actual world of the game.... just wow. Theres so much stuff to discover. Just got into the Thieves Guild before I had to get homework done... I never wanna go to school again with this game, lol. If only horses didn't cost 5000 gold though >.>

My friend picked it up late today. It plays well, minus some weird audio glitch we experienced after exiting the sewers. It definitely plays better on the PS3, but "ZOMG" better. Graphics are clearer in some areas, yet a little hazy in others. The loading times are better...overall, it's definitely better than the 360 version...but I wouldn't have guessed it took a year to get it out. More like....4 months, tops. My biggest complaint is the PS3 controller, haha. I guess the 360 controller spoiled me with comfort. Either way, it's a must have title. And until the 360 gets that patch (if it ever does), this is definitely the superior version.

It's the best verison of this game and that says a whole lot about a game that couldn't really have gotten any better to begin with.
