So I am in urgant need of a decision.

I am on the "border" between purchasing Modern Warfare 2, and Borderlands. I hear that Borderlands is really great, but the Co-op is where its at, a lot of my buds don't have borderlands, maybe 1 or 2. But literally all of them are buying MW2. So which is better? MW2 or Blands?

Yeah if you don't have buds for co-op don't get it. i have it and the single player is ehh but the co-op is what makes it better. but then again MW2 has online and will most likely last you longer. I say MW2 but try to get borderlands later on if possible.

Yep I realize this, but I know I will like both of them, its just depends on what I choose at the end.

Borderlands. It's a very fun game to play, its single player (or co-op if your into that) is very good (storyline is a bit lackluster though) and its gameplay is awesome. And you shouldn't get MW2 because, well, you shouldn't support Activision and their rehashed crap... IMO

But I hardley played MW1, I played some splitscreen at my buds place a few times, but thats it.

Get MW2 first, save up, then Borderlands.

Borderlands if you already have call of duty 4 or world at war.

borderlands is only TRULY fun with buddies (co op). Where as MW2 to obviously have replayable multiplayer. I would invest in MW2, however your not going to be dissappointed by borderlands if you get it.

in the end its your money, but id go for MW2.

If you can get both get both but if you had to pick one over the other I think Modern Warfare 2 is the way to go.
