So I was in Shop Rite getting some Jones soda and I see a game section. I am not familiar with this Shop Rite so I am likewhoa, mine does not have this. Then I see it is all PS2 and Xbox games. So I look and I see FFXII with a price tag of $5! Of course I buy it because I figure this is a steal. I then find my way to a GameStop and their price tag is $20. Having only played through FFX I figured I would give this a shoot. Just wanted to share. And don't say blog it because I don't blog.

NO lol.. sorry.. It isn't bad.. its just very different than other FF games.. character movement is all in real time but you still pick your moves and whatnot from an RPG style menu..
Alot of people hated the new battle system.That and they hated it because in it was not FFX.FFX and FFX2 was the two worst games in the series.The side characters like Lulu,waka.the big blue wolf guy...ahh kimari I can't quite remember his name.Those guys were great.Too bad the main characters in the game were boring and dull.

FFX-2 was actually my favorite FF game... I hated it lol.But it is nice to see someone who does not think FF7 was their all time godlike favorite.Mine is FF9.
I'mma ignore the FFX hate and go right into talking about the topic. $5 for FFXII.................Eh...It's a good deal. I'd do it. And some of you KNOW my opinion on that game.

Yeah the only time i buy stuff at Gamestop/EB is when there is a pricing error.. they still sell used PS3 games for 59.99! which is ridiculous.. i mean the local Mom n Pop store i go to for all my games sells newer used PS3 games for 45 bucks... and they give you triple what EB/Gamestop does on trade...

No I bought this game sealed. The full price at GameStop is $20 for sealed. Probably 15 bucks used...

I don't! Would you like to share? lol In short. No problem with the battle system or music, as people would like to label on me, but I had a HUGE problem with the simple (yes, simple) story. It was something I heard before in a very drawn out boring way.

It is a great game, for some reason the story just didnt pull me in like FFX did. Too slow to start up and none of the characters did i feel particularly tied to like i did in X.
