I went to Gamestop got God of War 2 and reserve my copy of MGS4 so I can guarantee my beta key. However, knowing Gamestop, they didn't have any information on the beta nor did they have any information on the Collector edition, which to my knowledge is the one you have to reserve to get the beta key. He recommended I reserved the regular copy and to check back in a couple of weeks to see if they have any updates. My question to is: Does anybody know where I can get the beta key right away or where I can reserve the MGS4 Collectors Edition?

Well, at was at another gamestop a day prior and the manger read me a memo about the beta. They know it coming, they just don't know when. Obviously.

MGS3:Subsistence had an LE version, and it was REALLY rare. I've never heard of a game "selling out" of pre-orders. My GS only got 4 copies, and I was lucky enough to get one lol. I've seen used copies of it go for more than 100 bucks on ebay.
When I pre-ordered mine I asked about what happens if a collectors edition is announced, and they said that they will call you if it is announced and give you an option to "upgrade" your pre-order.

Gamestop is the most unprofesional business you can ever come accross. They don't know how to run a business. They buy games for a third of a price and sell them for three times as much. And when you want to give them my money, they don't even know what I'm talking about...
