heres the deal guys, (thanks for reading 1st) I got enough money to get a 40GB ps3 with call of duty 4. I have no ps2's games anymore expect FFXII, which i will prolly never play again. Also i dont really need all that memory card stuff, never used it before. also 2 USB's are fine, since I'm the only one going to be playing. Would the 40GB be the best choice for me right? their is nothing else downgraded right, thanks again! ooh getting it this tuesday with COD4! yeah! :) SiKh22

Good to go and you will be getting a game that is not a direct port of the 360 so it should be a good version of COD4. You can always add in a standard 2.5" notebook hdd if you want more space on your hdd. I'm hoping to upgrade to a bigger hdd soon. Not sure what size i'm getting yet.

The 40GB PS3 is exactly like all ther models. As far as features that matter. The only features Sony has removed are features that aren't needed for PS3 games and Blu-ray movies. And most can be added with upgrades. Mostly adding a USB hub or a USB memory card reader. And the 40GB hard drive can be replaced just like in all other models.

Just so you know, you only have to plug the controller in once to the USB port to connect the controller with the PS3 and after that the only time you'll need the USB port for your PS3 controller is when you want to charge it. So, you can still have up to seven players on your PS3 (if you can find a game that supports seven players and you have six friends to play it with :)) even if you only have two USB ports. The controllers are Bluetooth, so you're fine.dewmandew7
