lets speculate:

Euros ps3 come pre-install

it means the software is ready to be upload and download

I think it would start after the big announcement.

could the 'Playstation home" be included?

all we can do is speculate.

Some people say the big update is coming on the 8th, others say 23rd or 22nd (since most updates come on Thursdays). We will find out on the 7th when Phil talks about it.
