I played the demo, and it was stimulating to say the least. These indie games are really starting to get me, and I just wanna know if Limbo is worth a buy. I have been on the fence for over a week and can't decide. For those of you who have played it, or know more about it than I do, whats the verdict, a buy or no buy?

UGHH, i say no, 15 bucks is alot when you can beat this game in about 2-3 hours "depends on how long the puzzles stump you"

I watched the whole walkthrough on YouTube, it was about an hour long (even though of course the guy knew what he was doing, 1 hour is too short). The beginning stages had a very nice feeling and atmosphere to them, they surely know how to play around with light haha. But at 15 bucks price point I'd say no it's not worth it.

If you've never played it, it's absolutely worth the 15 bucks.

Not worth 15, I have a friend who beat it in a couple of hours, I think its best to wait for a discount.

I would say wait for a sale. That's what I plan to do. I heard it's a great game but $15 just seems a bit much for a short game with very little replay value.

I heard its very short, like under 3 hours, and for the asking price it's definitely a no-no for me. And the demo didn't convince me at all.

It's a good game with a very unique art style, but rather short and I was disappointed with the ending.

I agree. While I love puzzle games they don't have much replay value. Braid was good but too expensive which is why I waited for a price drop.

For 15 bucks I went with Lara Croft Guardian of light. Awesome arcade action especially with a friend.

Limbo is amazing, beautiful, clever, atmospheric, a work of art. BUT its very short. 3 hours plus minus. Maybe one more playthrough for a trophy or something but thats it. Its just not the same second time around. If its worth the money depends on how rich you are.

id definitely recommend it as a great game. people get on it for being short, but its such a rare gaming experience that i think its easily justified.

I would have to say no buy. 15 bux is WAY o'erpriced. It doesnt interest you after you play it like twice.

$15 is too much for this game, maybe $10 but i dont think its worth over $5. I got the game for free other wise i would not have it.

It's an amazing game and you said you're a plus subscriber so it's like $11. It probably won't last longer than 3 hours, but when you look at the length of most $60 games today, it's not that bad. And it's a game everyone should experience at least once.

I voted for buy. You liked the demo and the game is more of the same.

Sure it's short and once you've finished it, you probably won't play it again unless you're crazy for trophies but it's a great experience and that's how you should go it into.

Would you pay $10.00 to see a good movie that's 1.5 hours, if yes then here's a good 2/3 hour game for $11.00/$15.00.

If the price is holding you back, just think - you probably send $5.00 to $10.00 on a burger, fries and drink and don't even think about it - why let the price hold you back on a better experience?
