So Stranglehold got reviewed on GS today on the 360...

And they made it sound really boring, just his voice sounded like he didn't even want to review it. I'm not going to get or not get thins game based on GS's review, because none of them are really helpful and biased to say the least.

Oh, and this is in the PS3 forum because it's coming to this platform next month. Wonder what Midway will do to improve it or whatever.

This game always looked like a rental, doesn't mean it can't be a hell of a good game to rent. That's kind of the point, GS reviews games not only by how fun they are, butwhat they're worth for their price, and Stranglehold is a short but oh so very sweet shooter that'll be a blast to play through, but not to let sit on your your shelf after a few play throughs. That's the point of renting, you don't rent bad games, you rent good games that you can get the full experience out of by renting.

yea huh? i juz played max payne 2 and WOW....juz WOW...the story...the gameplay..its juz plain awesome n im glad someone has finally tried 2 make an actual next gen game with max payne fun-ness..(is tat a word?)..i cant wait to go all guin blazing in the game....i like when in max payne u can hear ppl screaming "is he dead yet?? he blast through all of us? did he bring a effen army or sumthing?" makes me wanna keep shooting the *** out of the baddies..

Stranglehold seem decent enough... However, I a bit worry about the re-play value. Anyway... I hope there's a PS3 demo coming soon so i can find out whether I truly like it or not.

I still dug the game...

I kinda like the monatone voice. Makes it seem like they are trying to remain unbias. I don't see what yu are accusing them of having bias towards? this is a multiplatform game..............

Truthfully I don't really care how it turns out so long as it's playable. I'm just excited about getting Hard Boiled on Blu-Ray.

i dont think there is much they can do to improve it since it comes out on the 25th of september for the ps3.

My favorite channel to watch is Kung Fu HD on IO Digital Cable. I get to watch all the old Chow Yun-Fat, Jet Li, Jackie Chan, Bruce Lee, and Sammo Hung movies.MCNewYork87

No wonder, if u Try to make a badass action game from a tiny sunglassed chinese man, u wont get good marks for that. Make a game from Chuck Norris and ull see how GS s gonna put a big 10 behind it ;)

I am looking forward to the PS3 demo this week, if it is true. I loved the 360 demo and I want to try the PS3 version so I can see how it compares so I can decide which version to buy.

I would like to get the SE PS3 version for Hard Boiled but the fact that it is on the disc with the game and not seperate is kinda crap to me. I will have to wait for the reviews to see how the movie fairs as I don't have high hopes for it's quality. It should be a seperate disc, cheapskates. I asume it is subtitled but being a US release, a crappy dub wouldn't suuprise me. Anyword on language options for the movie?

Yeah I wasnt SUPER Excited about it at firs and I'm Holding off buying it for my 360 because I'm thinking that they WILL take the time to make it better for my PS3!!!!
