Hopefullly it it trophy support even after it has been over a year after realease. They better be good trophies and not ones you et for beating the mission in medium difficulty.

Actually there are quite a few games that could use it. If they bring out trophy support then it'll probably be just like the ingame awards.. some of which are hard. finishing the game without any alerts.. thats one trophy i dont think id bother trying for. I enjoy setting off alerts, and then end up in a good fight, luring the enemy into me and then sneaking around them and taking them out. I dont think i could play through the whole game without setting off alerts or without killing anyone.
I don't think it needs trophies. The game is fine the way it is. It's sad that some only want trophies to give the need to play the game again.

God damn it.....dude we get it already, trophies aren't needed, but let people that like them enjoy them while you keep your hatred to yourself....:(

MGO is quite fun, why not? disagreed. I have never found it fun. Only thing i don't like about it is the LOOOONG downloading/installing times each time there's an update and the fact that you have to wait through each round.

Trophies are needed, they have to be included in every game released as of February
I am not sure if that was a sarcastic response, but FYI......MGS4 was released June/July 2008.
