I think the biggest game that will ever come to the PS3 is coming after, and that is Final Fantasy 13 of course. If it gets decent reviews, this is the game that will make the PS3 sell a hella lot of units.
good question: Final Fantasy 13, Final Fantasy versus 13, Gran Turismo 5, Little Big Planet, Killzone 2, Resident Evil 5 (don't care if it multi), God of War 3 (we know it's coming, just a matter of when), White Knight Story, more are on the way just not announced yet (looking for Dark Cloud 3, and Kingdom Hearts 3).
