and i only have $60. i am going to get demons souls, uncharted 2, borderlands and tekken 6 and maybe, maybe get flashpoint 2. now i dont know which one to get first. tekken 6 is you know very fun. uncharted 2 is you know, you know right? good. flashpoint, well dunno i'l look at teh reviews. borderlands, well let me say i love post apocalyptic settings. i like rpgs. i like guns. and i love co-op. borderlands will be great. and demons souls too.

now throw in your opinion. which one first? and for this year im also planning on dragon age and mw2 and gow collection

The only two i'm getting this year is uncharted 2 and mw2.(maybe gow collection if i have money when it drops) Borderlands looks very meh to me. I guess i'm not a fan of the post apocalyptic world type of look. I was bored to death in fallout3 maybe that is why i'm questioning borderlands. I'm in a weird rpg mode now in which the only rpg i feel like playing is Valkyria Chronicles. So i'm gonna also steer away from demon souls which looks pretty bland to me. Tekken 6 i'm also not getting cause i've played it already in arcades and it doesnt feel like that great of an improvement over the other ones. And to be honest the beat em up mode looks stupid.

If I were you I would just go with uncharted but if you really do like all of the other games you have to ask yourself which genre do you most want now. I'd say skip tekken 6 though, unless you really LOVED tekken games in the past and have to play each one.

yeah to be honest demons souls had no rpg element to be seen in all the previews, videos i have seen till now. tekken 6 looked a lil meh too. borderlands seems great. so:

Uncharted 2 all the way, I plan getting Demon Souls but maybe for Christmas.

Demons Souls I would say.

I'll have to vote for Uncharted 2 as well. If you're getting MW2 next month, there's no real rush to get Flashpoint 2 right now since you're going to get your shooter fix one way or another. The same kind of goes for Demon Souls and Borderlands since you're going to get Dragon Age next month too.

Demon's Souls and Uncharted 2 for me this year are probably the only games I'll purchase but I have my eyes on new Ratchet and Clank and am very interested how Assassin's Creed 2 will turn out.

Other then those four titles, that's pretty much it.

If you only can get one then it will come down to which genre are you craving to play the most: RPG or Action Adventure.

Both titles are fantastic quality and I really can't line them down to one choice.

That would probably be Uncharted 2.

Assassins Creed 2, definitely, just because of the awesome style and storyline.

Tekken 6. You'd spend countless hours learning moves/tecnhniques, combo's etc if you're serious about becoming a good/great player. And there's so many characraters to chose from. Add in much improved online play that wont be a quick "tack on" like Tekken 5DR was and you've got a game with pretty much endless replay value.

I would say between demon souls and uncharted 2 due to the fact that i dont share your passion for post apocalyptic settings and fighting games. I will be getting these two for sure either day 1 or if they sell out which im sure demon souls wont ( at least not at my local bestbuy) i will get them the week following their release. Also i will be getting Fallout GOTY, the 15th of October same day as Uncharted 2.

I would get Left 4 Dead 2 and then a cheap used PS3 game.

am i the only one who has zero interest in Uncharted? I don't see the charming points of this game, just seems like a better version of tomb raider. personally i would choose Boarderlands, thats one game youll be able to play for a while.

$60 won't get me even one new game in Canada

I'm personally looking forward to Tekken 6 and Uncharted 2.

If your in for a smash and bash game, go for tekken 6. If it's as good or better than SF4 than it is an awesome choice.

lol! if u believe in heaven u r either a muslim or christian. and if iv heard right if commit suicide u keep dying again and again till judgement day then go to hell. well u can at least play dantes inferno in full hd 1080p there!

Uncharted 2 is the game I would recommend. Nevertheless, use GamesTracker.com to save some money on your video game purchases.

Uncharted 2 is 59.99 now at eb games. Pre-ordered it at 69.99 but got $10 back when the price dropped. I bet Walmart and Futureshop/BB will all have it at 60 at launch.
