SOCOM 1.3 Patch

So with this patch is the game going to get better, supposedly it is, I sold mines, seeing that it sucked, but was the game horrible because of the issues 1.3 is going to fix, I got bored of it after 30 minutes, the controls are weird...

So with this said, do you think, if it does gets "better" than should the review score go up then, or does it not affect gameplay at all?

They won't re-do the review.

Do you guys know how many people play SOCOM online at a time? Is it well populated? How does it compare population wise to other online PS3 games? I hope the 1.3 patch will fix issues, I own the game, and my PS3 is coming in soon, and I am very anxious to play!

They desperately need this patch. It's an incredibly fun game when it works. The previous patch helped, but there is still lag galore.pyromaniac223

The game is really good now and will be even better after this patch lands in the next week or so. I definitely agree with those of you who love this game too. It is a ton of fun...just takes some practice. If you're new to the series, I suggest sticking to respawn games for a while.
