Socom Confrontation Issues Here

1. Takes too long to load a game or lobby.

2. Menus are slow.

3. PS3 freezes from time to time.

4. Mic doesn't work 100% of the time

Yah it kinda sucks right now oh well...

Im SURE they will patch everything in time for the release. But again, look how many ppl there are going for this so called beta. I mean, the first day..PPL r trying to get in and thousands at that.

Ive gotten into a couple of rounds, it was pretty fun. Sure there were problems, but I can see potential

1.Games wouldnt load

2. Games constantly timed out

3. Even the main menu was lagging

4. You have like 2 options to choose from to customize

5.Graphics suck

6.THERE IS ALWAYS ONE DUDE THAT WONT PRESS START

7. You cant kick people

8. SO disorganized

9.Feels like a ps2 game

10. dont even try making a game

11. clans dont work

12. music sounds like some 10 year old's iTunes

13. Im not seeing any changes....

14. Mics are crap

15. There is just too little to the game

16. Overrated

17. Sometimes i cant even get in the main menu

The only problem I have with the beta is that everyone thinks this is the full game!!!! THIS IS A BETA!!! The whole reason we are playing this is so that Slant 6 can get our feedback and see exactly what they need to fix with the game!!! This is a Beta...........NOT A DEMO!!!! If they had released the game without allowing us to give our feedback we would be having these issues after buying the game and then we'd really be pissed!!!So.....get over the issues the game has......get on and find any glitches and problems the game has.....and go post on the Socom.com boards what they are so that Slant 6 can fix them before the full game comes out!!!! And BTW if you see "Nesto" online........try to keep up!!!! I luv tatertots...I'm out!!! Peace!!!Darthnesto

With a month to go, good luck. This is more of a stress test for their servers. This game needs a complete overhaul.

Thats all normal Beta problems if you can't deal with that then Beta testing isn't for you..Now talk about the game it's self

Actually, you can kick people. Socom 3 had an auto-start feature that give like, 1minute for people to prep. Clans work but you need to rank. Mics are the same as before. And as for graphics, kinda middle road there. I just don't like the over abundance of lighting. I don't care if its HDR, its horrible at times.

Sounds like a beta , I wouldn't be too worried yet though. Come back towards the end of the beta and let us know how things are progressing.

I only have a few problems with the beta. Lag while in a game, someimtes conecctivity issues, and I think that the graphics need a little improving. When I say graphics though, I mean that the darks are way too dark, and the brights could be dimmed down. It's hard as hell seeing down a street without having to zoom in, especially with the lag. I don't know why they set up servers the way they do. They should set it up like pretty much every other game, do it like Resistance, or at least keep all regions seperate.
