Something wrong with the new European store?

Ok, I live in Europe so it's quite easier and all to use the European store, although I check the American store as well because it has a lot more demo's and stuff. Well now, Sony has completely screwed us Europeans over, or just me maybe. I downloaded the update and tried to enter to European store but it gave an 800.blablabla error, I tried everything with my connection but nothing helped, then i guessed that I'll check if the American works, and what d'you know, that one does work!

I know I'm whining but for those who don't have an American or Japanese account, it could be only with me, but are there any Europeans experiencing the same problems?

Now that I've looekd around in the store, I find it much nicer than the last one but the images really load slowly sometimes. But all in all, it's a very good store imo.

the new european store sucks, the categories used in the main menu are just stupid e.g "family games", wtf is up with that and why do they say "other media", why can't they just say that is wallpapers and themes. and all the games are not even categorised, when you go into "all games" they are just split up by genre. you can't even tell if it's a psp game, ps1 classic or a ps3 game until you actually go to the game icon, which take couple of MINUTES to load properly.

and where the **** is the preview function?
