My PS3 broke and so I phoned the Playstation Careline to see what they could do. Turns out I had the bug that stops the PS3 reading discs and they said that a new one would be sent to me on the 31st of July. I was told that it would be delivered between 08:00 and 16:00. It did not come.
I called Sony on the 21st of July and have now been 10 days without a PS3!
Anyone got any ideas about what I should do? (phone the Careline again?)
