Sony didn't deliver...

My PS3 broke and so I phoned the Playstation Careline to see what they could do. Turns out I had the bug that stops the PS3 reading discs and they said that a new one would be sent to me on the 31st of July. I was told that it would be delivered between 08:00 and 16:00. It did not come.

I called Sony on the 21st of July and have now been 10 days without a PS3!

Anyone got any ideas about what I should do? (phone the Careline again?)

Don't worry it will come it happens just wait because delivery sometime takes longer soo just chill or wait couple of more days and im sure it will be there

They said it would be sent to you today. Not that you would receive it today.

The 31st isn't util today, and hopefully you'll get it, but it sounds like it may not ship until today 07/31. Give them a chance, I know you are anxious, but patience is the key to virtue. Hang in there.

When I say it was sent today, I mean sent on 31st. Sony and the Couriers said that it was same day delivery. I don't live in Australia I live in Scotland.

The 31st isn't util today, and hopefully you'll get it, but it sounds like it may not ship until today 07/31. Give them a chance, I know you are anxious, but patience is the key to virtue. Hang in there.

Virtue is thinking and doing what is morally right and avoiding what is wrong. Or do you mean virtue in a being? As neither statement was phrased in the latter way.
