SONY is abusing ME!!!

My Ps3 broke....ok fine nobodys fault.... I call for service and it takes 2 weeks for the ups package to come so i can send my ps3 to come.... I send it ...3 weeks pass by and i get it back. They told me i was getting an "exchanged" ps3 but IT TURNS OUT IT WAS THE SAME BROKEN ONE!!!! Now i have to send all over again !!!! Im so PISSD!!!

Also the problem with my ps3 no one else has. Its an 80 GB and everything seems normal when u turn it on and stuff. when a disc is put in its fine the game goes to the loading screen and when I press start it eithr freezes or blacks out. Rock Band needs an update so when I try that it blacks out... All Dvd's and Blurays just black out. The only game that actualy passd the loading screen was Madden but it didnt last very long because when I went to start a game ...guess what...it froze and never loaded again...

I already contacted them and they told me that we would go through the same retarded process... in wich they are probably going to send me my same ps3 still broken again

It's not us who hire the defective personnel that ship a broken PS3. The guy on the other post says we should more of likely blame the guy that shipped the wrong PS3. When you own a company, u gotta make sure u hire the right people.

lmao i meant to say monitor... the main reason I was frustrated is because i just bought rock band a week ago and now my ps3 is still broken and i cant play =(

I wish it was that easy, and even if I get a supervisor on the phone what is he gonna do? Give me a brand new one and a massage? No, he will tell me the same thing the lower ppl told me....and btw i did yell and they hung up....lol

There's no point in bucking the system, it's just going to cause you more grief in the long run. You don't want to make a name for yourself with the people who are trying to help you in your time of need.

Like I said before they told me that they would sent it to warranty and "see what they can do"....whether that means giving me a new one or fixing my old one I dont know but i hope they get me a new one Just like the shipping EMAIL TOLD ME THEY WOULD!

Well thanks to SOny or the gay guy who works for sony I have to wait another 5 weeks...Ill suck it up this time but if this happens again I will make sure Sony's customer service will have migrains untl I get a new 80GB
