Most likely not Sony's fault. Perhaps you entered your information at the event wrong, or FedEx lost it. Nobody else seems to have had a problem getting their copy so it is not Sony.I recently sent in a second e-mail that was more direct this time and they got back to me the following morning and apologized for the mix up. They asked for my shipping address and said it should arrive on Monday. Sweet.
I acknowledged that if it wasn't in their records, that I wanted the difference in the amount I paid between the general admission ticket and the premium ticket which is the amount of $35. I didn't care whose fault it was but if Sony didn't get back to me they were still gonna be in trouble.

Dear Sony,
I recently sent an e-mail concerning the early Uncharted 3 copies that were suppose to be sent out to those that purchased a premium pass for the the AMC showings of Uncharted 3. I have not received my copy yet and if it is not in your records that I will be receiving a copy then I would demand that I receive the difference of $35 between a general admission ticket and the premium pass ticket. Should my demands not be met then I will proceed accordingly.
