Doubt it has anything to do with GTA IV, micrsoft paid 50million bucks on theres and the contract would probably state they cant do anything for the ps3. Hes probably talking about working on new IP's and such, or maybe small paks for the ps3
i really hope Sony tries to pursue something else from their relationship with R* other than DLC content for GTA IV that is different from the 360's.
if Sony DOES get GTA IV DLC that is different from the 360 DLC... the gamers (maybe not fanboys though) would be the ones losing. that would mean that a GTA fan would have two own 2 COPIES of GTA IV just to get the whole experience.
i rather have Sony do something like keep L.A. Noir exclusive, have the game become great, and sign a contract with R* to support the game post-release.

But now i have to own the 360 and the game and pay for live subscription and pay for the DLC to get "the whole experience". the truth is that the whole experience comes from when you buy the game, the DLC is just extra material.
i really think Sony is going to get there own content. M$ does not hold a monopoly on all Downloadable content Just Episodic. in otherwords think a GTA mini sieries.so the PS3 could see new cars new guns new parts of the city and so on. either way i have a feeling i will be buying GTA on both platforms come this october.
