they like totally ignored vita... no ps4 announcement...was ok but nothing amazing.

Where to start:

I was truly hoping the point of announcing so many AAA PS3 games over the past 3 months was to clear up room to convince me to buy a Vita (announce a lot of games for it). Instead I got basically 3 PS3 ports of AC3, Black Ops, and PSASBR. And while those games are necessary, don't get me wrong, you could only muster up 3 games? Seriously! That's all. You spent like 40 minutes on a PSASBR demo that you already showed us like 2 months ago with the exact same characters, that terrible Storybook demo, and 2 PS3 third party games. All of that time should have been devoted to new PS Vita games or software. Not just more PS3 ports or clones. The system needs some original IP's or Vita specific software to take off. I love Nathan Drake and Chimeras as much as the next guy, but don't just toss your golden franchises to some new studio to hand out mediocre or crappy games that poorly represent Sony and the franchises.

Not that surprised there was no Vita price drop, wasn't expecting one. But come on, $250 for a console, $20-50 for a memory card, then $40 for just one game (most of which are mediocre). Throw consumers a bone and bundle in a decent memory card for free or some kind of game or something to kickstart the Vita. It's not dead, but they're not giving it the rush it needs.

No Gaikai/Onlive acquisition announcement. Was really interested to see what they would do with that.

Guess the Last Guardian and the Agent are dead.

I'm psyched about the new PS Plus releases, but I was expecting Sony to tell me more about it. Are you planning to constantly shuffle out full blu-ray PS3 games, is this just a 2 year anniversary special, or are you just suckering people into subscribing. Details would have been appreciated.

Thought beyond trailer was sweet, love that Ellen Page is the main character. GOW and The Last of Us Trailers were also great.

All in all it wasn't terrible, but I had my hopes set really high. For a company whose stock is at an all time low, I think they blew it. (They do still have 2 or 3 days of E3 to prove me wrong).

The Last of Us and Far Cry 3 look incredible! The Vita doesn't interest me.

I gotta say, SONY's press conference was boring!

The Good:

God of War: Ascension - I won't be buying since it is yet again either another prequel or side story.

The Last of Us - Naughty Dog sure knows how to make good action / adventure games

Beyond: Two Souls - Looks good.

The So-So:

Assassin's Creed 3 - Now it's set during the American Revolution? Nice, but I never got into the whole series so not for me.

Far Cry 3 - Looks great but another game I never got into since I bought Far Cry 2 and got bored with it.

The Bad:

That lame game on PS Move. What a snooze fest. That was a restroom break for me.

PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale - Super Smash Bros. rip-off!

PS+ - Aghhh! The whole service is terrible and a waste of money in my view.

It felt like Sony were holding back, just like the last couple of years. Gamescom next. They usually have a solid presence there.

For PS3...whats not to like. Its getting Assassins Creed III, Far Cry 3, The Last of Us, Tomb Raider, God of War: Ascencion, Watchdogs, Dishonored. Looking like some phenomenal games.

Vita...I don't own one but I can imagine people who do are disappointed. Good news is you get a different AC game (with a female main character!)!

They wouldn't announce a PS4 for 2 reasons. 1. They already said they made PS3 to last till 2014-2015 which is 2-3 years away. 2. They would be keeping it under wraps as not to let their competitors know if they were in the planning stage of a PS4 just like they did with the PS3 Slim.

I liked the announcement of 3eyond, GoW, and The Last of Us.

Loved the Beyond announcement Heavy Rain was a truly unique experience,the Last of Us seems awesome too. I see myself playing alot of PS3 in the next 12 months.

PS4 announce is immnent. Though they already shot down the idea of releasing it at this E3, it wouldn't be totally shocking to see it at TGS or some time next year. It's LONG overdue as well IMO. This gen is fizzling out.

I thought sony press conference was pretty solid. It was a very good idea to focus on games. No point in pushing future tech just yet like the other 2 companies.

Not enough focus on the Vita I thought. After all the hype the Vita received, they don't seem too concerned about making it a success. Oh well. I thought some good PS3 coverage was shown, looking forward to The Last of Us.

Sucker Punch and Guerilla Games working on PS4?

I would bet more companies then that already have early kits.

The Last Of Us gameplay looked fantastic. I was hoping for one previously unannounced new IP, and got that with Beyond: Two Souls.

I'm good. Sony announces everything beforehand so I expect very little out of the actual show.
