Thank you for breaking it down.... jeez ppl are so demanding now-a-days every1 wants alow priceand now one shows up and their complaining that they lose the feature to play PS2 games... i'm sick of PS2 games now and besides just about every1 who has a PS3 or is planning to get one has a PS2 and just like some1 before said it's not that hard placing a PS2 next to a PS3 lol, thats just my take on the matter

Well, after all the threds being made, I guess people bought the PS3 to play PS2 games. Who cares about Uncharted , Ratchet and Clank Future, Unreal Tounament 3, Haze, Kill Zone 2, Metal Gear Solid 4, Call of Duty 4and many other top AAA titles that will be coming out soon. Everyone bought the PS3 to play old PS2 games, not kick ass PS3 games... PS2 games. I'm playing the Disneys Princess PS2 game right now, screw playing Resistance online with a few friends, Playing PS3 games is so overated! Did everyone actually buy a PS3 to only play PS2 games, I guess so with all the whining over the BC removed from ALREADY PS3 OWNERS! No kick ass games are coming out for PS3 for years right, might as well keep playing PS2 games forever. WHY THE HELL DID YOU BUY A PS3 THEN, I thought it was to play next gen games not crap last gen games. I can't even look at PS2 games anymore because of everyone crying about it and plus the PS2 games don't even look good anymore with me knowing what next generation PS3 graphics are. I don't even own any PS2 games anymore, I sold my 50+ library to get the PS3 at a lowered price. I look forward to the future, I don't look back at the past. Could i be that some people actually didnt have graphic as number 1 factor for what makes a good game?? And think that there only is a few ps3 games atm that looks good(in their opinion) for single player games?? And would love to play some of the old KICK ASS rpg games that has come out for the ps2 in recent years.....

The only reason they are adding it back is because a bunch of whiners who probably don't have the coordination to figure out the motion controls **** and moaned about not having a built in vibrator so they couldn't use the controller to play with themselves any more. Basically,you guys ask for something, Sony gives it to you to shut you up, and yet you still complain. Personally, I think they should start ignoring the aholes who complain and see what happens. It couldn't get any worse than when they DO do what people ask of them.

yes, they shouldn't ignore people's complaints... that's how improvements come along... but you have to admit, everytime Sony listens and does something to fix what people have been complaining about... people (in general, not everybody) find something in what sony just did to complain about then... as far as what I've been reading, people just sound a little greedy don't seem happy with anything sony gives them... oh i'm so sorry i live in a Pal reigon where BC is not supported on any model :evil: where i live i payed over $700 for my Ps3 and i can't even play PS2 games on itmav_destroyer
