I just received a very swank looking black envelope (it even had my name and Kotaku written in silver foil) in the mail. Inside was this very stark invitation. On the back? A time, date and a location during E3 and the Playstation logo. Obviously, this has got to be for Killzone PS3, but what is it? It's got to be a hands-on for Killzone PS3? Right? Looks like it's do or die. We've no idea what Halo 3 (single player) will look like. We have no idea what Killzone will look like. Neither Sony nor Microsoft know what the other wil llook like. Yet both are being unvieled on the same day (Tuesday July 10).

To be honest, I quite anticipate Bioshock, and Mass Affect. :P

Bioshock looks really nice and creepy...and Mass Affect, FPS RPG? interesting.

well , they have to show it i guess, the problem is that this game has been hyped SOOOoooo... much, i dont see how anything, anygame, could possibly live up to it you know? i want this game to be awesome just like the next guy , but im not throwing my hopes that high. hopefully it blows our sock off.foxbait95

well, after E3 05 they set theirselves up for it, created some massive hype... its obviously not gonna look as good, but i think it'll turn out great. i think they'll deliver....

I just saw some type of E3 poll that people took and 50% of them are expecting Killzone 2 to knock their socks off, about 18% are expecting gameplay footage or a new trailer for MGS4, about 13% are expecting more FFXIII, and the other choices were around 5% or so. So you have 1 out of every 2 people expecting this game to just be the next big thing.

Loved the Killzone singleplayer but hated multiplayer.. hopefully that'll be improved upon because the singleplayer is there. This game is going to kick some major ass. I'm praying for a completely destroyable environment:)

Halo is just way too hyped for my taste.. the singleplayer is amazing and I love it but multiplayer just makes me want to gouge my eyes out. But all the fanboys and xbox fanboys swear by it.. you can't even say playstation without them talking down on you. I love my 360 but they are way too closed minded.
