Sony should... Come share your thoughts

Sony should:

-Update firmware to allow game chat, more multi-tasking features (in-game music), PS2 Software Emulation, etc.

-Pay Mozzilla (the company that made FireFox) to make a PS3 version of FireFox.

-Release GT5 already.. (or atleast a final release date).

Why not just go to the Playstation Blog Share site?

Personally, I'd like to see them release more well-recieved/rare games on the PSN. Sometimes I see their releases and think to myself "who was really hoping for bass fishing?" Come on, tons of PS1 games were really popular, why not focus on those. Maybe a few more Crash Bandicoots? How about Devil Dice? Also, I'd like to see them branch into PS2 games too, but I could think of a few problems with that. Still, though, picking up a rare PS2 game for $20 instead of $60 on EBAY would be rather nice.

I think they should just do whatever they want and not listen to fans who have crappy ideas.

Release more PS2 collections. I have a backwards compatible PS2 but it can't play Jak II! I'd pay $60 for re-release of that game.

It's not going to matter if we do or don't pay. From all that I've heard about XBL, there isn't much difference at all. Paying for more than your ISP is BS. Maybe you have money to burn without thinking twice about it thinking it'll magically become "good", but some of us don't. Especially on top of already being over charged from your ISP. You can play online on dedicated servers for free on PC games and it's been free since it started. (excluding MMOs)

We already pay enough for this and their abuse with DLC. Not to mention, companies like EA trying to combat against us. If you want to be nickled and dimed to death, then go ahead and get your XBox.

I want a universal MP3 playback feature myself. It comes in handy for something like Fallout 3. I shouldn't have to rewire everything to get game audio and music in the same feed. I just can't believe we're still dealing with such a stupid issue with today's consoles in 2010. I'm pretty sure music playback won't take up that much resources during any kind of game.

Only thing I really want is ps2 compatibility, and for them to focus on releasing more great games instead of things not many people use on the psn. Oh and they should use chrome, not firefox. Would be much faster.xsynth

OR...if they can't bring back PS2 compatibilty...at least make all of those classic available on the PSN.

Many many many moons ago...LIVE "WAS" the higer quality service but not anymore.Sony has done a great job catching up to LIVE's service quality(I use both networks)

From what you've heard? really? you're gonna bash my opinion because of things you've heard from 7-year olds on the internet? how about you try it then? Like I actually have, at great length? try both for an extended period of time and tell me you're not willing to pay $5 a month for the stuff M$ players get. seriously.

Btw, I currently don't have a job, so I don't have money to throw around. I only spend money on worthwhile purchases, like a better online experience on my favorite console ever.

SONY DOESN'T GET ANY INFLUENCE AT ALL ON THE PRICE OF DLC'S!!! That is ENTIRELY the DEVELOPER'S faults! AND XBOX owners pay the SAME amount WE do for DLC's!

not sure if you've heard, but Sony isn't rolling in the dough right now... in fact, they were close to bankruptcy around the time the recession hit.

He wasn't supporting your point - he was saying upgrade their servers FIRST, you know bring value to the customerand show us that it is something worth paying for, then charge for it. But honestly, other than cross game chat, I think the lack of host advantage on PS3 and the fact that it's free is a lot better than xbox live. The host advatage in games like COD4, MW2 and gears 2 is ridiculous. Halo seems to do fine 99% of the time though along with other games, but like you said, we do pay $50 a month, so there should be NO lag on xbox live.

Sorry for the rant. :) I guess the one thing that I pull out of it though is that I agree there should be cross game chat

I have both systems and there's barely a diference I actualy had more lag with my 360 then my ps3 Live does have some things that are better than psn but they are not worth 60$ a year imo
