Here's the article from GameInformer Online.
"Newport Beach, California company Parallel Processing Corporation have filed a lawsuit against the electronics giant for the Cell's ability to perform "synchronized parallel processing with shared memory" - a patent that the International Parallel Machines of New Bedford, Massachusetts got the rights to in 1991, in which the Parallel Processing Corporation says its "exclusive licensee."
The complaint filed in Texas on July 26 claims that Sony infringes on this patent, while it doesn't specify exactly how, it states that the company is being monetary damaged. The company is seeking to recover these said damages, fees plus interest, and the impounding and destruction of all Sony products that infringe on this patent. Ultimately stating, people must destroy their PS3s."
This is probably one of the funniest lawsuits I've ever read.
