Ok a couple of things here. lol

1. There was that image from HOME but also a separate occurance that does not have a picture that came up WHILE in-game by pressing the triangle button in the UT3 demo. That was a separate occurance and did not have any spaces ("gamercard" as opposed to "gamer card")

2. Both of these are in BETA stages which means names are subject to change. My guess is that they are simply place-holders at this point until they decide on a Sony-specific name for them.

3. Just because Sony has trophies doesn't mean they won't also have an achievement system where you get points similar to what XBOX has.

Anyway, I hope Sony do implement Gamercards. Yeah, it is blatant copying (Unless they come up with a revolutionary idea), but it's a good concept, and one which would make the PS3 even better, ;)
