Erm...it's not really stealing. Sony owns the rights to the XMB. I don't see why they shouldn't use it on their laptops, even though they use it for their consoles.

I guess it's a trademark. They should make a PS2 v2. or let the PS3 play PS2 games for Christ's sake. If he had a PS2, he'd punish Sony for not doing so
