Anybody agree that it is terrible? I was wondering if anybody else in the past has had problems getting in touch with a live person because everytime i call for my broken ps3 they say we are unable to take the call please call later. Does anyone else get this BS?

stop breaking you ps3 then you wont have this problem. my ps3 has never had problems that didnt resolve them selfs

fortunately or unfortunately in your case the PS3 is very durable. Most ppl have never had to contact Sony because they've never encountered problems.meluvulongtime8
I have called a few times now for minor issues like resetting my video settings, resetting my controller, and at the start i wanted to change my name as i made a spelling mistake. Every time i called i was answered straight away after the automated questions and one call was first thing on a sunday morning. Im very satisfied with the service.
