soon to be new to PSP, but...

what's the new Go system :/? i know it might be annoying since there's a lot of posts like this, but how will u be able to play old games? can u use the pre existing ones in stores or what? i heard u can't for some reason?

i'm thinking of getting one soon, but idk if i should wait for the Go or get the most recent model :/ haha thanks :D

The PSP go! is smaller, has a smaller screen, no UMD drive, and will be missing a lot of games for while. Having no UMD drive makes you DL your game directly from Sony at full price rather than shop around for the best deal or buy the games used. You can always get a PSP 3000 and a 16gb MS which is still cheaper than a PSP GO! and would have the same amount of memory.SF_KiLLaMaN

Yeah you can get a 8gb for $30 on amazon. Also some games (not sure which ones) will NOT be alvalible for download off PSN, for legal issues. Plus if you upgrade, good-bye UMDs because there is NO way to convert your UMDs to Digital Download. Plus you can't buy used games.

Yea....I dunno about this new PSP GO. I think im gonna stick with my PSP-2000.

just get the 3000, the go is overpriced and has no umd drive
