Soon to be PS3 owner, game recommendations?

sometime after 5pm EST, I will be heading into my local gamestop and I'll be a BC-capable PS3 (used of course) owner. I KNOW the first game I'll be getting will be MGS4, but I was wondering what other exclusives are must-haves? LBP is going to be my second purchase, as well as Killzone 2. I can't wait to join the PS3 family

Are you just getting exclusives? If you are then you'll want Uncharted 2 and inFamous. If not, then you'll also want GTA4 andAssassins Creed 2

You are getting a PS3 andMetal Gear Solid 4 is youressential firstgame? Because espionage action or whatever you call waiting in the bushes for fifteen minutes and then, if discovered,really being as useless as an old guy (not merely looking like one) is your idea of fun...?Or because it is an established franchiseand an exclusive?It's not your fault that you 've been brainwashed, most people i've spoken to cannot even explain why they "love" the game.

Instead, get Uncharted 1 AND 2 as a first purchase and leave the world behind for a few days! :)

Glad to see you're getting LBP but ubless you already have it on another system, you NEED BioShock as well.

God of war 3, Ratchet and clank series and resistance series are must haves. LBP isn`n that good though.

I hate creating levels. Its just too boring, but I do enjoy playing a level that I created, but I just hate the gameplay in that game. I expected a lot more after all the praise it got.

TC unless you are the creative type stay away from LBP. I would also stay away from Infamous unless you like sandbox games. I would recommened UC1 &2 as well as R&C TOD and CIT and R2. MGS4 is good game to start with TC.

My PS3 exclusive TOP 5:

Don't play MGS4 first, it has a mandatory install. With God of War Collection you get 2 great PS2 games.

I recommend:

• Bioshock
• Dead Space
• Batman: Arkham Asylum
• Resident Evil 5
• Uncharted 2
