Most of the good combos are done after you parry the opponent. Afterwards you can do a force push down, and immediately go into a force grab and throw your light saber so that it spins around, hitting the opponent. My friend can do it in his sleep, and takes out about half of total health. He says it is easy, but I never tried it (I'm more proficient with Maxi or Ivy). If you need to look up the moves, they are in the options menu when you pause in a match, or in the instruction manual. Good luck.
this one is great...up,down,left,right,a,b,a,b:lol:POPEYE1716
You forgot start or if your playing two players then its select start.
Darth Vader sucks. His basic throw is good for throwing people out of the ring though, which will at least put an end the whole thing as quickly as possible.
I realy wish they'd kept the Star Wars characters out.
I dont know y they chose Darth Vader. He just came out of nowhere. Their better off putting Link back in from the 2nd game.kg91295
You do realize that Link is a Nintendo character, right? He wouldn't be on PS3 and 360...
I wish they'd just stop with the guest characters altogether. It's gimmicky.

Man they should have just put in sephiroth and cloud.
I could agree with that. If they're gonna put guest characters in then they should put game characters instead. AND....it doesn't make sense when you see the add's where Vader is Sabre to sword with Mitsu-whatever the **** his name is. I mean... That lightsabre would just eat right through his sword. Good luck trying to block that.

No..
Remember Knights of the Old Republic?
There are several explanations already that use that game as a reference. Lightsabers and metal crossed each other in that game.
And that was an official LucasArts product, meaning: If it wasn't possible in the Star Wars universe, it wouldn't have been in the game.
One explanation is that the metal used to make those swords is a common metal also found on Earth, which explains the Mitsurugi vs. Vader thing.
This set of moves is awesome to do and deals damage. If you like Vader and Star Wars, using the force with this combo will give you a boner. Who ever says Vader sucks in this game is mistaken or they just suck using him. Once you get the sick light saber, his force energy really never runs out.
The second grab (triangle+X) and then force (square+triangle) makes the force choke, which you can then tag with back force (back+square+triangle). The triangle+Circle move also deals nice damage, and is fast. The rest can be combined use of basic moves (square for fast moves and triangle for heavy moves) makes for quick defense. Also, a good use of the parry or at least counter can make Vader really deadly. Its actually easy when you can practice next to someone. kenshinhimura16
