Well, there is only 2 setbacks in the creation: You cant control height and you cant customize the face (those 2 things dont bother me, but for some its bothersome. There is nothing that I hate more than face building, I always end un with some cave man)

And yes, you can create both Ninjas and Shinobis. Though dont expect to create a sadomasochist as Ryu.

The Tower only buys them for you as a prize, so that you dont have to pay for them. To get new equipment you need to get more honors.
