Okay I just saved $15 in total to get a PS+ subscription and I'll tell you how I did it.
Sony had a deal earlier in October where if you spent $100 in the store you got $20 back in credit, well they are doing it again.. no doubt trying to push the the sales of their PS+ and PSV's this season (hint: it's working)
This time, from now until November 27th they are giving you $10 in credit back for $60 worth or purchases in the PSN Store.
This will INCLUDE PS+ subscriptions.. but I have to explain something first. The money you spend on a PS+ subscription will ONLY count towards your total if you make the purchase IN the PSN store.. you can NOT buy a code online then redeem it. This means you have to buy a $50 and $20 Playstation Network cards and THEN use the money from your SONY WALLET to buy the PS+ Subscription in the PSN store.
Here are the details as laid out by Sony:

Now if you're like me.. and incredibly lazy.. I didn't want to go to Best Buy and buy the codes. It's a long trip, and would have added gas money to the cost of everything.
So I bought it INSTANTLY from Amazon from THIS link:

Little did I know, because it wasn't even listed on the Amazon site, that by purchasing the gift card I would get $5 credit towards any games purchase in the year 2013. Even though the email they sent listed the dates wrong.. promotional credit they claimed started from Jan 2013 and ends Jan 2012.. LOL.

So not only am I getting free credits to buy MORE games.. I am getting a TON of free games through the INSTANT GAME COLLECTION from PS+.
This months PS+ games include:
PS3: Resident Evil 5, Infamous 2, Little Big Planet 2, Ratchet & Clank All 4 One, Dungeon Defenders, Final Fight 8, Scott Pilgrim, OUtland, Bloodrayne, Double Dragon Neon
PSV: Uncharted Golden Abyss, Gravity Rush, Wipeout 2048, Jet Grind Radio, FF Tactics, Mutant Blobs Attack
It sounds like my hands will be doing more than just touching myself this christmas. HAHAA.
