Spend My Money: Resistance or Conan

Okay, so i've got this $10 off and PS3 game at Best Buy coupon and they have Resistance and Conan for $40 (before the coupon). Which should i get?

on one hand i'm a huge fan of Robert E Howard's original Conan novels and i've head the game (loosely) follows those. however i tend to get bored with hack n' slash games pretty quickly and will probably stop playing it after a few weeks.

on the other hand, Resistance was the killer PS3 launch game that i never got to play (just got my PS3 for Christmas) and i hear it's good but i'm just soooo flooded with FPS games right now. is it really better than Halo3, COD4, Metroid Prime Corruption and Unreal Torunament 3? is the Resistance online community still pretty active?

i figure that i really can't go wrong with either of those games for $30 but i must choose! i would have posted this in the games' respective forums but people surfing a Conan board are going to vote Conan, and people surfing a Resistance board are going to vote Resistance so i thought i'd get a more balanced answer in the general board.

Resistance Fall of Man is awesome. The online games are a blast and the game is pretty good too.

I dont know if he could last even one kick, let alone repeatedly, but if you have read anything on this topic so far Resistance has gotten 100% of votes, and I am not going to change that get resistance..Plus with Resistance 2 on the horizon this way you can find out the story of Resistance....
