Spiderman: Web of Shadows will flop?

I think it will because it's multiplatform but I pray it won't flop. I'm interested in fighting The Shocker, my favourite villain from the Spiderman and Marvel Universe :DBioshockraptor

LMAO! yea point # 2 is likely to occur 99.9% of the time. Back to the topic, I think Spiderman will do well if it reviews well. I think that the sales will be slow the first week out due to all the big releases on 10/21 but if the reviews is good on it then it will get the love it deserves. I know that I will be picking this one up.

1. I bet this game will flop critically, but comercially its a licensed product so it will do fine. And what does multi plat have to do with it? TC by your logic RE5 and FFXIII will also flop.

For me, Goldeneye 007 is the best movie-based game ever released. It's my favourite game ever.

Concerning the Spidey game, I can't say I'm really exctied to play it. I'm a huge fan of the Ultimate Spiderman game and also a fan of the Spider-Man 2 game but I'm not really anticipating the new ones in the franchise.

Yea"It was either 1 or 2" That was actually a pretty cool game. And then they just massacred the layout for the last one. You have to question what the heck some of these developers are thinking "when going game to game." Especially when they had stuff that already was working well.

It wasn't as "great" as a lot of people are proclaiming it to be. It was okay to me.

As for this new game, I say rent it unless you're a hardcore spiderman fan - with the price of games today, it isn't very wise to just blindly spend sixty bucks on a game that isn't really ALL THAT from what I've seen in gameplay videos. I hope the game proves me wrong though, I have some hope for this game.

I probably would not get it at full price, but I don't get too many games at full price anyway. I'm just saying that the trailer was soooo good and it showed immense potential for this game in terms of story, gameplay, and atmosphere, and I would be pissed if the devs messed up this game after showing that kind of talent in making the trailer.
