Something is up with my Sixaxis controllers. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem. I was watching a Blu-ray and every 30 mins or so, the menu would pop up. Not the disc menu, but the PS3 menu that comes up when you push Triangle. The movie continues to play behind the menu, which is primarily translucent. I figured it was the controller, so I turned it off and started controlling the movie with another controller. But yet, the same thing kept happening. And it wasn't just during a blu-ray. I walked away from Armored Core 4 while I was adjusting my mech and when I came back the screen had changed. It went to the item stats screen that comes up when you push Triangle. I've also had some problems overboosting when I definitely did not want to. So to summarize. BOTH of my sixaxis controllers are mysteriously pushing Triangle by themselves. Can anyone help?

No I don't. I live in a big house in the country and my neighbor's living room is probably 400 yards from my PS3. Also, I doubt very much that he has a PS3. He's definitely not the gaming type. Besides, that still wouldn't explain why its just the triangle button and it is so intermittant.

Try calling Sony yet? Also, how charged are the controllers when this occurs? Where are the controllers when this occurs (couch cushion, table, floor)?

The chance that both sixaxis are broken is small, probably you have some kind of problem with your PS3. I would call Sony.

Or, if you have other Bluetooth devices in the house, their signals could interfere. Phone, keyboard, mouse, remote control, etc.

Slingbladexx11
Hmm. I guess you're a person that just sits infront of the computer all day and argues(sp?) on the net defending his 360, huh? And also makes a new acount just to go to the PS3 forums and make a bad post? Haha, guess you've got no life.

I doubt that when i buy a PS3 (if i buy) i would actually care whether it has the least sales. To me, its the gaming not the image....
