Square Enix hints us with final fntasy 7 remake.

It may happen or not. we will have to wait on August 2nd and 3rd on the event DKS3713 in tokyo. He did mention final fantasy7 remake at the end of the interview.

Well if it was announced I would like it to be ps3 exclusive which I think sony should pay for it to be exclusive considering now they are accepting money.

I also think sony should secure all future final fantasy games because at this rate sony is losing faith.

Remakes are normally made to remember a once fantastic game, I think square will want to honor FF7's orignal release and keep it on the Playstation. If theres nothing worser than hearing the sentence FF7 for the Xbox 360, It just makes me cringe.

Thats like saying you can do whatever you want in someone elses house, SCE published the game unlike the other Final Fantasys.

And just to clarify, Sony had the rights to publish the PS1 version of Final Fantasy VII. Nintendo had the same publishing rights for the original Final Fantasy on NES, remember?
