If mods want to lock it thats fine. I'm not saying Gamespot is biased or anything though. Its just a fact that Jeff usually scores games .5 to 1 point lower then the gaming press average. I think thats bad and gamespot should have more then 1 reviewer per game and then average the score.

I can understand the review, but I think it's pretty lame that they gave a copy/clone medal for a game who's original series is older than most of the games Gamespot claims it to copy...
i didnt read the review, i did read IGN's. I love this game. I never thought a cheap arcade title could surpass geometry wars for me, but i think one just did.
Well. as far as I can see it's as good as geometry wars, if not better. It scored worse. Weird...
EDIT: Also, i checked out the review for super stardust. He calls it derivative... I'm still surprised it got a full 1.2 lower than geowars, even accounting for the divide, it's a full point lower for an expereince similar in quality and fun.

Like seriously all the other sites gave it great reviews and I have this game it's definately 9 quality even 8.5 AT LEAST geez....
you know i respect jeff because he's thrown out quality reviews and is probably one of my favorite reviewers out there.
i just don't like how he overrates and underrates all the games hes played.
greg kasavin probably had the fairest reviews ever. i mean, i agreed with EVERY single one of his reviews except maybe one or two. Look at R:FOM, it wasn't phenomonal like people said but it was a very good game. MGS2 was amazing game for its time and MGS3 wasn't close to the experience and rush MGS2 gave you.. which is why it scored lower.
i mean, jeff gave MGS1 an 8.5. which i mean... made no sense at all. then THPS3 a 10.....
sorry jeff but you've reviewed far too many games unreasonably.
Jeff seems like the most qualified reviewer, for the most part, and I can usually agree with everthing he says, but his reviews do seem harsh sometimes.
SSHD is awesome!!! i would give it an 8.5 because of its outstanding gameplay, music, and graphics. the only downside is that the game is short but thats what you get for eight dollars.
I agree wit bazookajoe19 that it is short, but it's still a great game, and I just read the review and "THE BAD" was a bit off. Yes maybe if someone is beside you you'll copy their strategy or something, but when my cousin and I were playing (not co-op) we would play our own styles even though at times mine worked better or at times his did, we did our own styles and didn't copy each other, I think the only person who copied me was my brother and that was only for those stationary shooting things.
I think there should have been a lot more "The Good" Visuals were amazing, the music is good, the gameplay is very addictive and you feel like you always want to better yourself especially against the people on your friends list. But hey it's all just opinion right?

Thats why I said Jeff either loves or hates a game; check Tekken Tag, VF4, even the latest darkness and you will c what i mean.
