Didn't know virtual football had a story to it, which would be part of the reason as to why I am getting the Orange Box. Can't play Half-Life 2 on any other system, so I'll get it for PS3.

I'm with you. Until they can prove that they can put out a good PS3 game they aren't getting dime one of my money (and I'm not holding my breath). There are other publishers that care about the work they do for both platforms (Activision and Ubisoft being some prime examples).

EA will continue churning out cr@p until they realize that we're not buying what they're selling. You reap what you sow EA!

Yeah, it's a crappy port. Are you trying to say it isn't, because I am confused as to what point you are trying to make. I want to play Half-Life 2, EA did a sucky job porting it to the PS3. I don't like EA and would rather not support them with my cash, but in order to play Half-Life 2, I have to. What are you trying to argue?

Unfortunately EA is very bad with the PS3 ports.

Until they acknowledge this system is not their "recycle bin" they will never make profit with PS3. Either they should do quality job or not make any ports at all.

It's hard for me to comprehend why they would not make a great port (or a game), and receive a excellent income from it. But instead, a crappy one with no positive income.

Unless their bad port production is actually so low that it allows them to gain some kind of profit vs losses.

They still don't understand. Console is not a profit market, gamers who buy products for the console are. And this is not in their favor at this time.
