I known that there is a very slim chance of this happening. Are there any rumors of Street Fighter III: Third Strike coming to PSP. Can the PSP's hardware support the CSP III engine that SF III runs on?Wouldit be a release or a PS Store Download.I mean Guilty Gear AC is going to be out soon SO i don't see why not. And I would love to play a favorite Street Fighter on the go.

Also because we are talking fighting games on psp. How about Marvel vs Capcom 2, or Capcom vs SNK??

SFIII on the PSP would be sweet. I already play the hell out of SFA:3max, Tekken and Dark Stalkers one more portable fighter would be a great add to my collection. Especially if it is SF3 my favorite SF title. As for MvC2 I rather have an HD remix version on XBL on PSN.

I would actually kill for that, acutally. I cant imagine how though, it would be hard to get a high end emulator like the cps3 on a psp.

No rumors, but that'd be nice. Also, bring Marvel VS Capcom 2 while they're at it. But no, sorry. No rumors, confirmations, press release, websites, Japanese version, or even the slightest hint from Capcom. Alpha 3 Max, Power Stone, and Darkstalkers is all we're gonna get, which isn't bad.

I often wondered why they put out Street Fighter Alpha 3 over Street Fighter III which I loved over the others with exception of SF 4 which i havent played yet.

My guess? Easier to add characters to sell the game. Also, more familiar characters. Third Strike has too many sprites and it would be a pain plus a lot more money to add new characters. Also, Third Strike has newer characters that were never as popular who look more like Darkstalker freak shows rather than Street Fighters. But Alpha has Guile, Blanka, Cammy, Honda, Bison, etc., all the iconic World Warriors. Of course, to hardcore SF fans like ourselves we'd love Third Strike. But to casual gamers and people who never played Third Strike, I guess according to Capcom, Third Strike is "too hardcore" for them. That's just my guess.

I actually like the III characters more. I know alot of people dont know who they are. I love Oro and Q. The music is great too.

I did hear that Marvel vs Capcom 2 was making its way to Xbox live and Playstation Network. Can Anyone conferm this?

Also, do you think they will add SF III characters to IV as downloadable content in the futrue (Im talking a year or so from now). Could you imagaine downloading Dudly, Seanand Alex and playing them on Live. Do you see that happening?

I dont know what engen Guilty Gear is running off. But that has alot of sprites too and it runns great on PSP. They just released the newst one. Guilty Gear XX Ancent Core.I think that it may be more complicated to port due to 3d on it. And its kindaa difficult program (just trythe CPS III emulators for the computer) I think the PSP could handle it.

The realquestion is, would it be successful. Alot of people love SF, but they really love SF II. I think it may change due to the popularity of IV.People will be curious about III.I think the game would do well.
