stuck pixel fixer

so i have about 3 dead/stuck (not sure which) pixels on my psp.

i used that flashing r/g/b video and i've seen the pixels change color

2 went from pure black to redish brown and 1 went from white to black

is this normal? do the pixels gradually get better when u run the video or do they get fixed instantly?
