Suikoden or Final Fantasy

I love both series but i would like to see the Suikoden beat out the Final fantasy franchise =]

Yea your right but i think if the Suikoden people do it right the production values dont really matter

i mean if it has better gameplay and a better story then thats all that matters

games rely on graphics alone to get them by but thats not always the solution to a good game =]

but knowing Square-Enix they always have amazing story lines

Before FF, Now= Suikoden.

After FF-10. Enix failed.

Well I always liked FF.

But since we have the PS3 now maybe they could do some more with the 80+ characters that join your team in Suikoden rather than them just joining. Now they can have some little bonus missions or some backstory.:D

I would trust Square to push the PS3 to its limits with a new Final Fantasy moreso than I would trust Suikoden to introduce the next era of RPG's. So, for me, I'd go with FF. I like both series and would welcome both, though.aell84

i agree, however FF still needs to work on their story lines because XII wasn't that good.

Well, there are going to be 2 Final Fantasy games on the PS3. So I would also want Suikoden for the ps3. If I had to choose 1 franchise then it's the Final Fantasy series for me, since I've never played a Suikoden game.
